Update integration alert
The IWRS application supports the integration with SFTP file servers to enable the automation of data transfer from the file server to IWRS. This automation minimizes manual effort, reduces the risk of human error, and simplifies the overall data management processes within the application.
An integration alert is a customizable notification mechanism that generates an email to inform interested parties about the file exchange processes between IWRS and the SFTP file server. Currently, IWRS only supports the exchange of shipment data with the SFTP file server. You can update the available integration alerts with the list of recipients who need to get an email notification about the exchange of shipment data between IWRS and the SFTP file server.
Currently there are only two integration alerts:

Dispatch file load: triggers an alert email about shipment files being transferred from the SFTP file server to IWRS.

Order file upload: triggers an alert email about the creation of shipment files and their upload to the SFTP file server from IWRS.
The following figure is an example of the email that the eClinical users receive after recipients have been assigned to the integration alert and the shipment data exchange has occurred.

In the IWRS application header, select the INTEGRATION tab.

From the left pane, select the Integration Alert subtab

In the Integration Alert List table that opens, next to the integration alert you want to update, select Edit
.

On the page that opens, select the users who need to receive alert emails.

to apply the integration alert configuration.
Once saved, the integration alert is updated. The users associated with the alert start receiving email notifications on the corresponding data exchanges between IWRS and the SFTP file server.
