Integration alert

The IWRS application supports the integration with SFTP file servers to enable the automation of data transfer from the file server to IWRS. This automation minimizes manual effort, reduces the risk of human error, and simplifies the overall data management processes within the application.

An integration alert is a customizable notification mechanism that generates an email to inform interested parties about the file exchange processes between IWRS and the SFTP file server. Currently, IWRS only supports the exchange of shipment data with the SFTP file server. Therefore, the following integration alerts are available:

  • Dispatch file load: triggers an alert email about shipment files being transferred from the SFTP file server to IWRS.

  • Order file upload: triggers an alert email about the creation of shipment files and their upload to the SFTP file server from IWRS.

On the Integration Alert page, you can do the following:

You cannot create new integration alerts as due to security reasons, they are predefined by EDETEK administrators.

In this section:

A network protocol that provides file access, file transfer, and file management over any reliable data stream.

In eClinical, an action of transporting items (drugs) between depots and sites. Also, an instance that represents a bundle of items being shipped together as one batch with the same shipment number (identifier) and status.
