Pause/Reactivate lab query

In the EDC application, you can pause and reactivate an open lab query. Pausing an active lab query puts the query raised on hold, whereas reactivating a paused query makes it available for the assigned team.

To pause or reactivate a lab query
  1. In the EDC application header, select the STUDY INFO tab.

  2. In the left pane, select Lab > Site Normal Range.
