Export supply for site details

As a rule, a supply relationship is a process of the product units or container units provision from a depot to a site. Sometimes you might need to export the list of all the sites with which you have a supply relationship for sharing with stakeholders or other business purposes.

To export the supply for site details

  1. In the IWRS application header, select the DEPOT tab.

  2. In the Depot List table that appears, select the depot for which you want to export the supply relationship details.

  3. On the page that opens, in the left pane, select the Supply For Site subtab.

  4. On the Supply For Site page that opens, from the workspace toolbar, select Export export_icon.png.

  5. Once selected, the widget appears displaying your download progress. Select the widget to open the My Downloads dialog.

  6. In the My Downloads dialog that opens, you can find the following tabs:

    • Preparing: lists all the files whose export is in progress, and they are not yet ready for download. Wait until the needed file moves to the Download is Ready tab.

    • Download is Ready: lists the files whose export is complete, and they can be downloaded to your computer by selecting download_icon.png.

Once downloaded and saved, the supply for site details XLSX file is available on your computer.

In this section:

An investigational product that is used in a study. In eClinical, it can be viewed as an equivalent to a drug name to distinguish items at all stages of their lifecycle—manufacturing, shipment, dispensation to subjects, or else.

Another name for the product unit in the IWRS system is item unit.

A hierarchical unit used to group and manage investigational products (IMPs) and placebos for shipping and inventory purposes. For example, large boxes and medium boxes.

A warehouse that is used to store and distribute items (drugs) to another destination (other depots or sites).

In a clinical trial, a location where the subject treatment and drug dispensation occur. It can be a hospital, a private laboratory, or other institutions.
