View data sheet audit trail

With the Audit Trail feature, you can view the descriptive information about all operations taken towards each data sheet configured for your product family.

To view an audit trail for a data sheet

  1. In the PV application header, select the PRODUCT tab.

  2. On the page that opens, from the left pane, select the product family for which you need to view the data sheet audit trail.

  3. On the Product Family form page that opens, go to the Datasheet block and select More more_icon.png > Audit Trail list_icon_gray.png.

  4. In the Audit Trail dialog that opens, view descriptive information about all operations taken towards the data sheet. You can see who and when operated, the operation type, and so on.

  5. Select ok_button_red_white.png to close the dialog.

The PDS/SmPC provides essential details about the product's composition, indications, contraindications, dosage and administration, clinical pharmacology, pharmacokinetics, interactions, adverse reactions, warnings, precautions, and other important safety information.
