Delete system integration

All system integrations configured in eClinical EDC establish synchronization with other external EDC platforms to allow for data exchange between them. Currently, only integration with the RAVE EDC system is supported. This means that the data recorded in either eCOA or eDiary mobile applications can be instantly shared with RAVE EDC, using the eClinical EDC system as a configurational mediator.

Each system integration establishes the connection between eClinical EDC and RAVE EDC. This integration ensures that all subject data is captured in the eCOA or eDiary mobile application and recorded accurately in eClinical EDC. Sometimes it may occur that a specific system integration needs to be deleted due to a change in the study design, technological updates, or other unforeseen circumstances.

To delete a system integration

  1. In the EDC application header, select the STUDY INFO tab.

  2. In the left pane of the page that opens, select the System Integration subtab.

  3. In the System Integration table that appears, select Delete trash_can_icon.png next to the system integration that you want to delete.

  4. In the confirmation dialog that appears, select delete_button.png to confirm your action.

Once confirmed, the system integration is deleted.
