Export site return shipment

A site is the location where the subject treatment and item dispensation occurs. In the course of a clinical trial, the need may arise to return dispensing items from a study site to the depot. In IWRS, you can return any available items to the respective depot so they can be reused elsewhere, or you can return items for destruction if they have been, for example, damaged or else.

When the return request with either available items or items for destruction has been initiated, a shipment is automatically generated by the system. This shipment can undergo different phases depending on its delivery status. No matter the status, you can export any return shipment with its details in the XLSX file to your computer. The exported data can then be shared with the depot staff for tracking purposes.

To export the site return shipment
  1. In the IWRS application header, select the SITE tab.

  2. In the Site List table that opens, select the needed site.
