Edit study depot

A depot is a warehouse that is used to store and distribute items (drugs) to another destination (other depots or sites) in the course of a study. In CTMS, you can add depots to your study to establish business relations with certain storage facilities for drug distribution purposes.

The depots added to the study in CTMS can then be managed via the IWRS application for drug maintenance and distribution to sites.

In case you need to update the depot details, such as its number or level, you can do so with the Edit option.

To edit a study depot details
  1. Access the study management page in one of the following ways:

    • In the CTMS application header, select the DASHBOARD tab and then select the study dashboard of your interest.

    • In the CTMS application header, select the STUDY MANAGEMENT tab. Then from the Study Data List table, select the study name of your interest.

  2. From the left pane of the study page that opens, select Study Details > Depot List.

  3. In the Depot List table, locate the depot for which you need to update details and next to it, from the Actions column, select Edit pencil_icon_gray.png.

  4. In the Edit dialog that opens, edit the details as explained in the table of the Add depot to study section.

  5. Select save_button.png to save the implemented changes.

Once saved, the depot details are updated.
