Export depot list

Depot is a warehouse that is used to store and distribute items (drugs) to another destination (other depots or sites). All the depots previously added to the CTMS system you can find in the Depot List table.

In CTMS, you can export the list of all the depots from the Depot List table to use it offline according to your business needs, for instance, to share with the parties that have no access to the CTMS system.

To export the depot list

  1. In the CTMS application header, select the ENTITY MANAGEMENT tab.

  2. On the page that opens, in the left pane, select Depot.

  3. On the Depot List page that opens, from the workspace toolbar, select Export export_icon.png and follow the prompts to save the file on your computer.

Upon saving, the XLSX file with the depot list is available on your computer.
