Analyze ICSR audit trail
In PV, with the Audit Trail feature, you can view all the changes made in the ICSR given in a descriptive format and find out who and when made the changes, and what kind of operation it has been. The audit trail is available for all ICSRs as an extensive report or individually per ICSR.

In the PV application header, select the ICSR tab.

On the ICSR List page that opens, do the following.

In the Audit Trail dialog that opens, analyze all the changes made in the ICSR and their details.

Tip
Use filtering
to filter the audit trail
records by time range for convenience.Select Full Screen
to expand the audit trail table to the page size for convenience. Then
select Full Screen Exit 
to go back to the compact dialog view. -
Select
to close the dialog.
You have viewed the ICSR audit trail. You can also view the ICSR change history, which gives more detailed and structured data format.
