Managing depot shipments
Under the Shipment subtab, you can view and manage all the shipments of a depot. Here, the applicants and suppliers have different roles to play in the process of shipment management as follows:

The supply depot ships the depot. Thus, their options are related to shipping items and confirming or revoking their sending. To manage shipments from the supplier's side, you need to open the shipment details from the depot that has to deliver the requested items.

The applicant depot requests shipments from depots and then receives them. Thus, their options are related to obtaining the items or reporting their loss. To manage shipments from the applicant's side, you need to open the shipment details from the depot that has requested the items.
For example, Depot A (the applicant) requested items from Depot S (the supplier).

To manage this shipment from the applicant's side, open the details of Depot A and navigate to the Shipment subtab, locate your shipment in the list, and open its details. On the page that opens, you can manage the shipment as an applicant.
