Confirm shipment request for depot
In IWRS, when you have created a draft shipment request for item supply, you need to confirm it to send ou the order and initiate the shipment from the supply depot.
To confirm the shipment request for a depot

In the IWRS application header, select the DEPOT tab.

In the Depot List table that appears, select the name of the depot for which you need to confirm the shipment request.

On the page that opens, in the left pane, select the Shipment subtab.

In the Shipment List table that appears, go to the shipment of your interest and in the Action(s) column next to it, select Confirm Shipment
.

Important
This action is only available for shipments with the Draft status.
Upon selection, the shipment request is confirmed and sent to initiate the shipment from the supply depot.
