View operation history of protocol deviation template

In CTMS, you can view the history of the actions performed to the protocol deviation template. This may be required if you want to know when and which particular user performed a particular action, such as activated, inactivated, or submitted the protocol deviation template. The Operation History feature maintains the records that capture the date and time of an action performed to a template along with the username of those who carried out the operation on the template.
