Activate/Inactivate supply plan

When you create a supply plan, make sure it is in the Active state in order for it to be further used in the IWRS system. In case the supply plan is inactive, you cannot use it anywhere across IWRS. Thus, you can inactivate a supply plan if you need to avoid its usage but do not want to delete it permanently.

To activate or inactivate the existing supply plan

  1. In the IWRS application header, select the TREATMENT DESIGN tab.

  2. From the left pane, select the Supply Setting subtab.

  3. In the Supply Plan table that appears, go to the supply plan that you need to activate or inactivate.

  4. In the Actions column, next to the needed supply plan, select Activate activate_icon.png or Inactivate pause.png.

Based on the performed action, the supply plan is activated or inactivated. You can also delete a supply plan.

In eClinical, a set of required parameters (for example, item units, minimum and maximum stock values) that is set to automate the process of drug supply to sites to always maintain a sufficient amount of medications for all subjects registered at this site.

In IWRS, the supply plan can be created and managed under the TREATMENT DESIGN tab > Supply Plan subtab.
