View operation history of attribute template

For an attribute template, in the CTMS library, you can access the record of all actions performed on an attribute template, such as creation, updates, activation, or inactivation. An attribute template incorporates custom attributes—such as status, owner, priority, or custom dates—that can be used across studies in CTMS to capture and manage various study components, including activities, milestones, and other operational elements. Analyzing the attribute template's history helps track changes over time and supports transparency and audit readiness.

To view the operation history of an attribute template
  1. In the CTMS application header, select the LIBRARY tab.

  2. On the page that opens, from the left pane, select Attribute Template.

  3. On the Attribute Template List page that opens, locate the required attribute template, and next to it, from the Action(s) column, select More more_icon.png > Operation History history_icon.png.

  4. In the dialog that opens, analyze the details of the changes made to the attribute template.

Once you have analyzed the attribute template's change history, select OK to close the dialog and return to the attribute templates.
