View code list operation history
In CTMS, you can track and review all actions performed on a code list, such as creation, updates, activation, or inactivation. This helps maintain a clear record of changes for reference, accountability, and audit purposes.
To view the code list operation history

In the CTMS application header, select the LIBRARY tab.

On the page that opens, from the left pane, select the Code List subtab.

From the Code List table, locate the needed code list, and next to it, from the Action(s)
column, select More
> Operation History 
.

In the Operation History dialog that opens, analyze the changes and actions made to the code list.

Once operation history is analyzed, select OK to close the dialog and return to the code list.
