Export training matrix

This feature is used to download the training matrix for offline reference, reporting, or documentation purposes. Exporting the matrix helps maintain external records of training completion across roles and supports oversight, audits, and regulatory compliance in clinical trials.

To export the training matrix

  1. Access the study management page in one of the following ways:

    • In the CTMS application header, select the DASHBOARD tab and then select the study dashboard of your interest.

    • In the CTMS application header, select the STUDY MANAGEMENT tab. Then from the Study Data List table, select the study name of your interest.

  2. From the left pane, select Training > Training Matrix.

  3. Now from the workspace toolbar, select Export export_icon.png.

  4. The downloads widget appears showing the export progress. Select the widget to access exported files.

  5. In the My Downloads dialog that appears, in the Download is Ready tab, select download_icon.png next to the required exported file.

Once selected, the matrix is exported in the XLSX format to your computer. You can now work with it offline.
