Review operation history of training document entry
In CTMS, you can view a detailed log of all actions performed on a training document entry, including what changes were made, who made them, and when. It helps maintain transparency, supports compliance, and provides a clear audit trail for training documentation.

Access the study management page in one of the following ways:

In the CTMS application header, select the DASHBOARD tab and then select the study dashboard of your interest.

In the CTMS application header, select the STUDY MANAGEMENT tab. Then from the Study Data List table, select the study name of your interest.

From the left pane, select Training > Training Matrix.

On the page that opens, select the Training Documents tab.

Locate the training document entry you want to update, and next to it, from the Action(s) column, select Operation History
.

In the Operation History dialog that opens, review the complete history of actions performed to the training document entry.

Once you have reviewed the operation history of the training document entry, you can select OK to return to the training document entries.
