Export item disposition details

The Item Disposition subtab is designed for viewing and defining item dispositions that represent the status of the item. Further on, these dispositions help you identify the items that are available for distribution or shipping.

You can export the list of dispositions configured for your study and their details as an XLSX file and use it offline or share it with third parties who have no access to IWRS.

To export the item disposition details

  1. In the IWRS application header, select the TREATMENT DESIGN tab.

  2. From the left pane, select the Item Disposition subtab.

  3. On the page that opens, from the workspace toolbar, select Export export_icon.png.

  4. Once selected, the widget appears displaying your download progress. Select the widget to open the My Downloads dialog.

  5. In the My Downloads dialog that opens, you can find the following tabs:

    • Preparing: under this tab, you can find all the files whose export is in progress, and they are not yet ready for download.

    • Download is Ready: under this tab, you can find all the files whose export is complete, and they can be downloaded to your computer.

  6. Under the Download is Ready tab, next to the file that you want to download, select download_icon.png.

Once downloaded and saved, the item disposition details for your study are available as an XLSX file on your computer.

In IWRS, an item disposition is the status of an item (drug) that represents its current state. For instance, Available, In Transit, Quarantined, and so on.
