Preview return request alert email
A return request refers to the psychical action of returning dispensing items from site to depot or between depots within a specific study. A return request alert is a customizable notification mechanism that generates an email to inform relevant parties about the most current status of any created request to return items for destruction or available items.
The purpose of a return request alert is to ensure the timely awareness of depot personnel about impending returns so they can handle the item return process. The created return request alerts include settings that define how the email subject and content need to be populated. You can preview these settings in a separate dialog to see how the alert will generate the email.

In the IWRS application header, select the ALERT tab.

On the page that opens, from the left pane, select the subtab corresponding to the alert category of your interest.

In the Return Request Alert table that appears, next to the needed return request alert, select Info
.

In the Mail dialog that appears, preview the content of the return request alert email.

Tip
You can update the email subject or content if needed using the Edit option.
