View data sheet term audit trail
In PV, every company product should belong to a product family that shares the same key ingredient and data sheets but can have a different concentration for the active ingredient.
Every data sheet added to the product family has terminology for labeled/listed/expected adverse event of the product. With the Audit Trail feature, you can view the descriptive information about all operations taken towards the terminology within the data sheet.

In the PV application header, select the PRODUCT tab.

On the page that opens, from the left pane, select the product family for which you need to view the term audit trail.

On the Product Family form page that opens, go to the Datasheet > Terms block and in the table, next to the term of your interest, select More
> Audit Trail 
.

In the Audit Trail dialog that opens, view descriptive information about all operations taken towards the term. You can see who and when operated, the operation type, and so on.
