Export expired file report

An expired file in eTMF refers to a clinical trial document—study protocol, informed consent form, case report form, or else—that has reached its expiration period determined by regulatory requirements or internal procedures.

To keep track of all the expired files in eTMF, the Expired Files report is available. You can view the report online or export it as an XLSX file to your local machine.

To export the expired file report
  1. In the eTMF application header, select the TMF tab.

  2. In the Study List table that appears, select the study for which you need to export the expired file report.

  3. On the page that opens, in the left pane, select Study Details > Expired Files.

  4. On the Expired Files page that opens, optionally you can select another study or sort the report data by study-, country-, and site-level files.

  5. From the workspace toolbar of the Expired Files page, select Export export_icon.png.

Upon saving, the expired file report is available in the XLSX format on your local machine and you can work with it offline.
