Application header
The application header is located at the very top of the eTMF application window.
The eTMF application header contains the following elements:

Application name: this part of the UI displays the abbreviated name of the electronic Trial Master File application, namely eTMF.

Main menu: here, you can switch between different tabs of eTMF. The FILE MANAGEMENT tab is selected by default when you open the application.

Search
: select this icon to search for objects by their names within the selected lifecycle.

Tip
You can specify the filters in the Filters panel by expanding the Advanced menu. For more information on the advanced search options, refer to the Locate eTMF file section.

Preferences
: select this icon to set preferred language, date and time format, and time zone for all elements inside the application.
