View depot quarantine audit trail

In IWRS, from the Quarantine page, you can manage the product units and container units from your site inventory or shipped to your site that have been quarantined for some reason, for instance, if the packaging is damaged or the origin of the drug is questionable.

All the actions performed with quarantines—from creation to closure—are trackable via the Audit Trail feature.

To view the depot quarantine audit trail
  1. In the IWRS application header, select the DEPOT tab.

  2. In the Depot List table that appears, select the depot for which you want to view the quarantine audit trail.

  3. On the page that opens, in the left pane, select the Quarantine subtab.

  4. In the Quarantine table that appears, locate the quarantine from which you want to view the audit trail and in the Action(s) column next to it, select Audit menu_icon.png.

  5. In the Audit Trail dialog that opens, you can view all the actions performed with the quarantine and the items within, such as the quarantine creation date, if any items have been released or confirmed as damaged, and other details.

  6. Select ok_button.png to close the dialog.

Upon closing the dialog, you return to the Quarantine page, where you can view the quarantine details or export them to use offline.
