Analyze operation history for tracking log setting
In CTMS, you can view a detailed record of all actions performed on a tracking log setting, including what was done, who performed the action, and when. It helps maintain transparency, supports compliance, and offers a clear audit trail throughout the lifecycle of the log.

Access the study management page in one of the following ways:

In the CTMS application header, select the DASHBOARD tab and then select the study dashboard of your interest.

In the CTMS application header, select the STUDY MANAGEMENT tab. Then from the Study Data List table, select the study name of your interest.

On the page that opens, from the left pane, select Tracking Log > Tracking Log Setting.

On the Tracking Log Setting page that opens, next to the required log, from the Action(s) column, select More
> Operation History
.

In the dialog that appears, analyze the details of the changes made to the regulatory document log.

Once analyzed, select OK to go back to the Tracking Log Setting list.
