Disassociate fee items from category
A fee category is a group of fee items—services or occurrences—intended for financial compensation. Each category is intended to group the fee items by their type or intention.
If any of the existing categories in CTMS has the fee items associated that should not be there—added by mistake or irrelevant due to changing conditions—you can disassociate them at any time.

In the CTMS application header, select the LIBRARY tab.

On the page that opens, from the left pane, select Fee Template.

From the contents panel, select the Fee Category tab.

In the tree that appears, select the category where you need to disassociate the fee items.

In Fee Item List on the right, locate the one you want to disassociate from the fee category. Then from the Action(s) column, select Disassociate
.

Once done, the fee item disappears from the category list and is no longer associated with any category. You can now associate this fee item with another category if needed.
