Download dictionary delta change report
With the help of the Download Dictionary Delta Change Report functionality, you can retrieve the generated report for offline analysis. This feature helps you review coding differences between two batches for a specific dictionary type, such as WHODrug or MedDRA, in an XLSX format. It simplifies the process of analyzing variations in coding results, tracking updates, and sharing findings with stakeholders.

In the Medical Coding application header, select the REPORTS tab.

On the page that opens, in the left pane, select Dictionary Delta Change.

On the Domain Delta Change page, in the History table, go to the domain delta change report that you want to download and, in the Action(s) column, select Download
.

Once done, the dictionary delta change report is saved to your local system in an XLSX format. You can open the file to review the detailed comparison of coding results between two batches for the specified dictionary type. The report helps you analyze changes in coding assignments and share the findings with relevant stakeholders for review or further processing.
