View history of task reminder emails
A task reminder is a type of CTMS alert that can be customized to generate an email intended for the notification of dedicated users about pending tasks in the application. These tasks are associated with the maintenance of monitoring visits, their approval, or completion of trip reports.
The purpose of a task reminder is to promptly notify dedicated users whenever a specific action occurs or expires to ensure uninterrupted monitoring visit management. Every time a reminder email is sent out, this operation is recorded by the system. Then you can view the list of all emails sent on a separate page.

Access the study management page in one of the following ways:

In the CTMS application header, select the DASHBOARD tab and then select the study dashboard of your interest.

In the CTMS application header, select the STUDY MANAGEMENT tab. Then from the Study Data List table, select the study name of your interest.

On the study page that opens, in the left pane, select Alerts > Task Reminder.

From the workspace toolbar of the Task Reminder List table that appears, select Mail History
.

In the Mail History page that opens, view the history of emails that have ever been sent out by task reminders.

Tip
You can view the content of any email by selecting Detail
next to it. You can also export all emails in
the XLSX format by selecting Export
from the workspace toolbar or selecting Export
History
to access the historical versions previously exported by users.
You have analyzed the history of emails sent according to the configured task reminders. Select Back
to return to the
Task Reminder List page.
