Export email report data
When the monitoring visit is to occur or has already occurred, letters are sent to the site of the monitoring visit to confirm the visit or follow-up its occurrence.
In CTMS, you can track the most up-to-date list of letters that have been sent or are pending to be sent on corresponding monitoring visits. Moreover, you can export any of these reports to your computer as an XLSX file if you prefer working with data offline.

Access the study management page in one of the following ways:

In the CTMS application header, select the DASHBOARD tab and then select the study dashboard of your interest.

In the CTMS application header, select the STUDY MANAGEMENT tab. Then from the Study Data List table, select the study name of your interest.

On the study management page that opens, in the left pane, expand Email Report. Then from the list of available reports, select the one you want to export—Monitoring Visit Letters or Pending Send Letters.

From the workspace toolbar of the page that opens, select Export
. For the monitoring visit letters, a dropdown menu appears
prompting you to choose whether to export the list of letters or the actual letters.

The downloads widget appears showing the export progress. Select the widget to access exported files.

In the My Downloads dialog that appears, in the Download is Ready tab, select
next to the required exported file.

Once selected, the sent or pending monitoring visit letters list becomes downloaded to your computer. You can work with it offline.
