Analyze history of contract versions
A contract is an agreement between the sponsor and the vendor for certain services to be financially compensated on the established terms.
In CTMS, you can create contracts with counterparties, reflecting different business scenarios and enabling financial operations. Every time the contract is amended, the new version is created. For reference and traceability, you can analyze the history of all contract versions and their details.

Access the study management page in one of the following ways:

In the CTMS application header, select the DASHBOARD tab and then select the study dashboard of your interest.

In the CTMS application header, select the STUDY MANAGEMENT tab. Then from the Study Data List table, select the study name of your interest.

On the page that opens, in the left pane, select Financial Management > Contract.

In Contract List that appears, locate the draft contract whose versioning history you want to access. Then from the Action(s) column, select More
> Historical Version
.

In the Historical Version List dialog that appears, analyze the complete log of contract versions. Next to the version whose details you want to explore, select Info
.

In the new browser tab that opens, review the complete details of the historical contract version.

to access the details of the auditing operations for the contract version.
