View operation history of activity

In the CTMS library, you can access the log of all actions performed on an activity. This includes details such as who created, edited, activated, or inactivated the activity, helping maintain a clear audit trail for tracking changes over time.

To view the operation history of an activity

  1. In the CTMS application header, select the LIBRARY tab.

  2. On the page that opens, from the left pane, select Activity Template.

  3. On the Activity Template List page that opens, locate the required activity, and next to it, from the Action(s) column, select More more_icon.png > Operation History history_icon.png.

  4. In the dialog that opens, analyze the details of the changes made to the activity.

Once you have analyzed the activity's change history, select OK to close the dialog and return to the activities.

In this section:

A task or process in a clinical trial carried out during a study to ensure its progress and compliance. These activities can include patient screening, drug administration, data collection, site monitoring, and regulatory reporting. Each activity follows a defined protocol and contributes to the overall objectives of the trial.
