Appendix A. Mail setting variables
In eTMF, you can set up email alerts to notify interested parties of different events and actions that happen/need to be performed with objects—folders or files. For your convenience, when configuring email content, you can use variables that the system then substitutes with the respective values and sends out informative and up-to-date emails.
